Our mission is to provide education and training that give learners real‑life skills, so they can grow and make a meaningful, positive contribution to their communities. Delphin creates opportunities for children, teens and adults that change their lives and strengthen the surrounding communities, helping them build a better future for themselves and their families. Our mission is to shape confident, motivated and responsible global citizens—people with broad culture, open hearts, and faith in their own abilities.

Our Values
Care: Young people achieve their best when they are in a caring and supportive environment. Our family‑style approach ensures exactly that.
Loyalty: In their school “families,” students are responsible for one another, support each other, and stay loyal. We periodically bring different groups together to foster a sense of belonging and loyalty across all students.
Flexibility: In a fast‑changing world, the future is often unpredictable. We encourage students to embrace new opportunities and open doors to different paths of development.

Our Beliefs
We believe language learning can be easy and fun. Miracles happen—and at Delphin Educational Center they are real. That’s why our students receive a different, inspiring approach to learning. We offer individual and group training, in person or online—from level A1 to C1. For more than 30 years we have taught children, teens and adults to use English with confidence. To date we have awarded over 10,000 certificates for successfully completed courses, and many of our students continue their professional development in various fields.
Our Goals
The goal of Delphin Educational Center is to provide high‑quality education for its students and to contribute to improving the standard of living in the community. We strive to build healthy, happy and confident individuals, as well as cohesive and supportive communities.
- During our summer school we teach English, social and communication skills.
- Our Educational Center introduces young children to the core school subjects and helps them improve their English so they can progress with confidence.
- Our IT program develops computer literacy and programming skills that expand students’ career opportunities.
- Through the “Health and Hygiene” program we teach children and their families the importance of cleanliness and good hygiene habits—both at school and at home.
- Our cultural activities and creative art sessions help students develop creative thinking and improve their communication skills.
- In class we encourage open conversations to create a “safe zone” where students feel motivated and confident to participate actively.
- We boost intrinsic motivation through fun language activities, dramatizations and games that turn learning into enjoyment.
Improving Verbal Communication
As teachers, our shared goal is to strengthen students’ intrinsic motivation and, through that, the level of verbal communication in the classroom. The more we encourage conversations and interaction between students, the more enjoyable the learning process becomes and the more motivated they are to achieve their language goals.
Our Methods
Creating a Learning Environment
The main task of our teachers is to create a classroom environment that maximally facilitates the acquisition of English. The language teacher is the person who has the greatest influence on the learner engaged in language study.
Once a student enters the classroom, the teacher’s attitude and approach to teaching English have the greatest impact on the student’s internal motivation. For various reasons, students arrive with different levels of motivation. Whether the student’s motivation is internal or external, the teacher has the greatest influence on how motivated the student becomes during the learning process.
What is the Direct Method?
Learning a foreign language with this method is based on the way we learn our mother tongue—first we learn to speak, and only then to read and write.
In other words, the direct method creates the reflex for immediate response, helping us express ourselves automatically in all situations, just as we do in our native language.
Group Activities Are Key
Our mission is to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment where group activities play a key role. Learning is most effective when it happens through communication, collaboration and shared experience. During joint tasks, discussions and role‑plays, learners actively use the language, learn from each other and build confidence. This positive interaction creates real motivation and sustainable progress.
